Our studio policies ensure that all clients

have a safe and enjoyable class.

Cancellation Policy

If you're unable to make your class reservation, we ask that you cancel at least 4 hours prior to the class start time.  Reservations cancelled with less than 4 hours notice are subject to a $10 fee for membership clients, or loss of a class credit for non-membership clients.  Feel free to cancel 4+ hours before class at no additional charge. 

Class Duration

To ensure smooth transitions and the preparedness of our instructors, all group classes are 45 minutes in duration.

All private and semi-private sessions are 55 minutes in duration

Class Start Time

Clients are asked to arrive to the studio 10-15 minutes prior to the start of their class or session.

So as not to interrupt fellow clients or the instructor, clients are allowed to join class no later than five (5) minutes after the scheduled class start time.

To ensure safety, first-time clients are not permitted to join class after the scheduled start time.

Minimum Age

Minimum age for class participation is 15; for clients under the age of 18, parental consent is required. 

Class Safety & Etiquette

Grip socks are required for all class participants.

Cell phones are strictly prohibited in the classroom area. We ask that cell phones are silenced upon entering the studio and stowed in cubbies for the duration of class.

Water bottles are the only personal items permitted in the classroom area.
