Ally

Ally received her Pilates Certification at Concentric Studio in Los Angeles in 2002. Her training is based on the Ron Fletcher Method, which is rooted in the classical while allowing for more creativity. Trained on all apparatus, Ally enjoys using a variety of movements to develop strength, stability, balance, spinal alignment, and total body awareness. Her most rewarding aspect of teaching is challenging clients to recognize their perceived limitations and push past them! Ally hopes to inspire people to change old habits and create wellness in their lives. With a background in dance and a BFA in Theater Arts/Film, she brings both sensibility and amusement to her work. Ally believes that great changes can be made with a lot of determination—along with a bit of humor. Her motto: “Work hard, laugh always!”

Her classes are known for their fun playlists, smooth flows, and welcoming energy that leave clients feeling stronger, more connected, and empowered.

Christina

Christina discovered Pilates through a former college classmate, and was instantly hooked, attending classes tow or three times a day!  During this time, she formed a special bond with her home studio manager, connecting over their shared experience of losing a parent. Recognizing the strength and healing Pilates brought into Christina’s life, her manager encouraged her to pursue teacher training. As she did, Pilates became a powerful tool in helping her reconnect with herself while navigating grief and complex emotions, bringing her to a deep understanding of the body-mind connection.  In her teaching, this personal experience has allowed Christina to connect with clients in a meaningful way, creating relationships that feel like a second family. Outside the studio, Christina loves traveling, spending time with her family, and immersing herself in nature. She believes, “Nature’s song is beautiful, if you take the time to ground yourself and listen.”

Delaina

Delaina is a 500-hour BASI comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, trained under Pilates educator Rael Isacowitz. Her journey into Pilates began following spinal fusion surgery for scoliosis, when she was introduced to the practice as part of her rehabilitation. What started as recovery quickly became something much deeper— Pilates helped her rebuild strength, restore mobility, and develop a more confident, connected relationship with her body.

This experience continues to shape her teaching. Delaina understands firsthand what it means to rebuild, to begin again, and to move through both challenge and progress. She is also certified in Pilates for Scoliosis, and this specialization informs her thoughtful, highly individualized approach to each client.

Originally from South Carolina, Delaina taught Pilates in San Diego and has worked with a wide range of clients—from those recovering from injury to complete beginners to individuals seeking a more advanced, strength-focused practice. She meets each client where they are, whether the goal is healing, building strength, improving mobility, or simply feeling better in their body.

Delaina is very excited to be joining the Vibe Pilates team, to connect with the community, and to share her love of Pilates with you all!

Gregory

A native of Buffalo, NY, Gregory first came to the Pilates practice in his early 20s while living in Los Angeles.  Dogged by old sports injuries, Pilates proved a powerful means for healing and strengthening his body. Believing something this powerful needed to be shared with others, it wasn’t long before he decided to become a teacher.  Gregory was classically certified in 2013 through the Equinox Pilates Teacher Training Institute, and in the decade-plus since has worked with teacher-mentors from several ideologies across the larger Pilates spectrum.  Moving back east in 2018, he spent a year living, writing and teaching in Sag Harbor, NY, before ultimately moving to NYC—the city where, in the 1920s, an eccentric German immigrant named Joseph Hubertus Pilates opened a gym and began formally teaching his then-revolutionary methodology.  Inspired by the language of Joe's original method—Contrology, as “...complete coordi-nation of body, mind and spirit”—Gregory teaches Pilates' work as a living, ever-evolving fitness philosophy, grounded in the belief that breath and movement are our best tools for achieving overall wellbeing.  Having recently relocated to the Charlotte area, he is deeply grateful to now share his passion for Pilates with the Tega Cay-Fort Mill community.

Joni

With over 30 years in the fitness industry, Joni brings a lifelong passion for movement, wellness, and helping others feel strong and confident in their bodies. Fitness has always been a central part of her life and throughout her journey she has taught a range of classes, including various levels of HIIT training, developing a deep understanding of functional movement, strength, and conditioning.

Joni completed a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification grounded in contemporary Pilates methodology while maintaining a strong appreciation and understanding of classical repertoire and traditional practices. Her training allows her to thoughtfully blend modern movement science with the foundational principles established by Joseph Pilates, creating sessions that are both effective and intentional.

Her teaching style emphasizes alignment, control, mobility, and sustainable strength. Joni is passionate about meeting clients where they are — whether they are new to Pilates, returning from injury, or looking to deepen their practice. She believes Pilates is not just exercise, but a pathway to improved body awareness, resilience, and overall well-being.

Known for her encouraging and supportive approach, Joni finds the greatest joy in guiding clients along their individual fitness journeys, helping them build strength, confidence, and a lasting connection to movement.

Kacie

After a back injury sidelined her from the high-impact workouts she once loved, Kacie found her way to Pilates—and never looked back. What began as a tool for healing quickly turned into a passion, a career shift, and a mission to help others feel strong and at home in their bodies.

She believes Pilates is for every body and every season of life—whether you’re rebuilding, leveling up, or simply showing up for yourself. Kacie brings a thoughtful, informed approach to movement into every class, blending playful, athletic full-body flow with intentional cueing… and yes, you might just learn to love planks along the way.

Outside the studio, you’ll find Kacie exploring local coffee shops and traveling with her family—always curious, always moving, and usually with a great cup of coffee in hand.

Lisa

For the past three decades, wellness, strength, vitality and movement have all played an integral part in Lisa’s life—and Pilates has always been her “go-to” for feeling her best. She first discovered the practice after having a herniated disc which required a discectomy. On her post-surgery path to full recovery, it was Pilates that ultimately brought her back to her strongest self. She received her certification through Peak Pilates in 2012 and is also certified in Core Barre. As a Pilates instructor, Lisa strives to help her students become more aware of their bodies and learn proper engagement, with an emphasis on responsible movement as a means of improving both physical and mental strength. When we are strong physically and mentally, Lisa teaches, we find focus in our lives and can truly become our best selves.

Paula

Born and raised in Ecuador, she was always involved in health and fitness as her mother was a holistic practitioner. She practiced various disciplines including ballet, dance, gymnastics and yoga. She found Pole Fitness at the age of 13 and started competing professionally. She progressed her practice and is now a certified instructor.

At the age of 15 she moved to the US and started weightlifting as a way to keep her body active. Her passion for health and fitness grew, so she became a certified personal trainer through ACE and Health and Holistic Health Coach through IIN, in order to learn more about the human body and how to nurture it. She then discovered reformer pilates in 2024 and decided to give it a try as a form to enhance her weightlifting and pole fitness practice. She immediately fell in love with the discipline as it taught her how to move with intention and aiming for longevity. As she continued her practice, she did some research and decided her next step would be to become a Pilates instructor.

She is currently pursuing her comprehensive certification through Balanced Body. She is a firm believer that movement is life and would love to bring more life to people of all ages. Outside of Pilates, she enjoys traveling, discovering nature and creating new connections.

Sarah is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies through intentional movement in an approachable and welcoming environment. Sophie T.

Sophie was first introduced to Pilates by her mother, who was a Pilates instructor when she was growing up; as Sophie got older, her mom’s passion inspired her to pursue her own certification, and she’s loved every step of the journey! Sophie is passionate about helping others to reach their fitness goals, and is grateful to be able to help others feel comfortable and confident in their bodies. She truly believes in the power of Pilates and its impact on both mental and physical well-being. As an instructor, her goal is to keep learning and growing as she works to create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for her clients. Since becoming a teacher, she’s met and been inspired by so many incredible people who have inspired her in unique ways, and it is their dedication, energy, and progress that motivate her to be the best instructor she can be. In her teaching, Sophie loves bringing a challenge while keeping the vibe light and up-lifting. In her free time, she loves being in nature, chatting with her favorite people, listening to music, reading a good book, and telling herself she doesn’t need to go to the Humane Society every weekend, because she knows she’ll only get attached! In all facets of her life, Sophie loves trying out new things and going on adventures, and she brings that same spirit of exploration and fun into her classes.
