Learn to truly "engage your core" in this open-level, 60-minute workshop with Gregory. Through deeper understanding of Pilates fundamentals, we'll seek to more deeply feel what Joe Pilates called "the Powerhouse," our body's powerful central core. From the center outward, we'll mindfully refine form and movement quality through a set of key reformer exercises, with ample opportunity for questions and answers. $25.
